My GP is very helpful and provides excellent professional service. He is very friendly and always very responsive.

The telephone waiting is too long sometimes.

The staff are so lovely and actually listen to you instead of dismissing which is absolutely amazing. They always come to collect you and have a bright, cheery face greeting you. Lovely to see if you haven't had the best of luck or had a hard day The receptionists always try and book appointments whenever and wherever they can.

When it comes to appointments, it can be difficult especially if a doctor wants to discuss results with you from tests etc and there are no appointments specifically for that reason. It can also be difficult for students to book appointments especially if they are required to come in to book for one reason or another and they can't because it is either the winter, spring or summer holiday where they go back home to their parents or family members.

First time visiting the surgery today. Staff were really helpful, and doctor was brilliant and explained everything clearly and fully. Very pleasant first experience

As I work from 7am I have difficulty ringing the surgery for an appointment at 8 o clock and when I ring later there are not any appointment slots left. It might be an idea to keep some free till the afternoon for the people in a similar position.

Everything about Keele Practice is of a high standard. All staff are helpful, caring and pleasant. We are lucky and grateful to be patients at Keele Surgery

No complaints but....change the music whilst waiting for an appointment would be appreciated. All medical services are excellent.

I always find that from reception to Doctors and Nurses the Service is excellent. Always take time to listen and never feel rushed.

Maybe follow up appointments.
